Rivals Shaders

For our major 7.0 update to the game, I fixed some of the car shaders to match, added parameters and texture slots to the shaders, fine tuned shaders to have a more realistic look, and created new environment lighting and reflections. For some shaders, I added some parameters for texture slots for cool effects such as, glow effects using transparency, color changes and falloff using the metallic shader, and a brushed metal paint that looks ingrained into the steel. With those changes, the environment lighting and reflection systems needed to be created, and updated so the paints look even better in the race and garage. This included new lightmaps, lights, reflections probes and the race reflection cubes with tweaks to parameters to the system.
